Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to all e-commerce items sold on cosylandscape.com.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver islandwide within Singapore, excluding restricted zones such as airports, offshore islands (Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin), Causeways and Tuas Port Terminal.

2. Delivery Window

Upon successful payment of orders, delivery of items shall be made between 1 to 3 business working days.

3. Applicable Delivery Fees
  • Standard delivery: $8.00 per location

  • Special delivery: $20.00 (Sentosa & Tuas)

4. Delivery Process

Please ensure someone is available to receive the arrangement. If no one is present:

  • Item (s) may be left at doorstep or reception at customer’s risk

  • Redelivery fee may apply

5. Delivery for Seasonal Designs

Limited-edition floral arrangements are only available for periods stated on the website or while stocks last; i.e. Last orders for Cosy Christmas Vibes by 19 December.

We recommend ordering early to secure your purchase. Delivery for sold-out designs will not be available.

6. Damages & Issues

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within one (1) hour upon receiving of item

  • Provide photos and order details

We will offer a one-to-one exchange of the item depending on availability.

7. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • A second email or whatsapp message will be sent when your item is out for delivery.
